At AMYZ, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item is returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • Item is in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted items marked as final sale.
  • Underwear, swimwear, and accessories for hygiene reasons.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Gift cards.

3. How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us at info@amyz.com.eg with your order number and reason for return.
  • Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  • Ship the item back to the address provided — return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and specify the item you'd like instead.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@amyz.com.eg with photos of the item. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
